📋 Mascot Rental Company – Terms & Rules

1. Rental Duration

  • Standard rentals are for 10h or 24 hours unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late returns are subject to additional fees per day.

2. Costume Use

  • Costumes are to be used for appropriate events only (e.g., parties, promotions).

  • No use in extreme weather, messy environments, or near open flames.

  • No sub-renting or transferring to third parties.

3. Costume Care

  • Do not alter, cut, glue, or pin anything to the costume.

  • No eating, drinking, or smoking while in costume.

  • Keep costumes away from sharp objects, mud, and paint.

4. Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Costumes must be returned in reasonably clean condition.

  • Additional cleaning fees apply for stains, strong odors, or excessive dirt.

5. Damage & Loss

  • Renters are fully responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

  • Lost or severely damaged costumes will incur a full replacement charge.

6. Mascot Performers (If Provided)

  • If the rental includes a performer, clients must provide a safe and clean environment.

  • Harassment or mistreatment of performers will not be tolerated.

7. Liability

  • The company is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or property damage during costume use.

  • Clients assume full responsibility for safe and appropriate use.
